WHAT IS COACHING ?

Coaching is the process used to transport people from where they are to where they want to be. A coach is a dynamic partner on your path – coaches can walk beside you, give you a push from behind, and run ahead to show you possibilities and move you through motivation towards your chosen destinations.
Coaching partnerships can be short or long-term, with occasional or frequent meetings, intensive or gradual, for groups or individuals. Working with a coach always leads to change. Coaches are your personal catalysts, in addition to being sounding boards and cheerleaders who can initiate you into your own intentional personal and professional leadership.
